Pilots - Group Flying
Deploying ribbons and colorful wings, the group flight decorates the sky.
Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th September 2026 in St Hilaire
Depending on weather conditions, the takeoff location will be specified by the Activity Coordinator and the Flight Direction.
Please note
Registration required, limited to 25 pilots due to the size of the takeoff area.
Depending on the number of registrants and the weekend's weather conditions, the volunteer activity coordinator will select and confirm the pilots participating in the Group Flight activity.
Please note :
To fly during the Coupe Icare, you must have Third-Party Air Insurance that covers you for a minimum of 1 million euros (€1,000,000).
Examples of accepted insurance providers : FFVL, FFPLUM, Federación Aérea Madrileña, Federacio Aero Catalana, Federacio Baleares, SHV, FSVL, AIF, Versicherungen Makelburo Thomas Schaub, FIVL, Hungary FFA, NZHGPA, HACP, ACVL, Planeta Volo
Not valid: Home, Car, Travel, or Health insurance, as well as any insurance policy providing less than 1 million euros in coverage.
