Cashless refund
Your balance can only be refunded online or by scanning the QR code on your wristband.
Open from September 22, 2025, to October 5, 2025, at 11:59 p.m.
If you request a refund, the amount will be credited back to your account on the following Tuesday.
Minimum refundable amount: €1
Please note: unclaimed money cannot be used next year and no refund requests can be processed at a later date.
To refund your cashless, you must create or connect your account.

St Hilaire
Access to the site
Free from Tuesday to Thursday(except evening cinema)
Paying from Friday to Sunday (from age 12)
– 1-day ticket: €11
– 3-days ticket: €21
– All-inclusive pack 3-days ticket + Cinema**: €60
Icare Test
Tuesday & Wednesday: €25 for 2 days (payment on site) – Pre-registration required
Film festival
Free during the day : screenings and conferences
Evening ticket
– 1 screening from Tue. to Thu. €10
– 1 evening (2 screenings) from Tue. to Thu. €15
– Awards ceremony and screening of winning films (Fri.) €15
– Screening of award-winning movies (Sat.) €15
– All-inclusive pack 3-days ticket + Cinema**: €60
* From Friday you will need a Coupe Icare ticket to enter the cinema.
** the all-inclusive package gives access to all the evenings of the film festival from Tuesday to Saturday.
The cinema’s online ticket office will close 2 hours before the screening. You can then pick up your ticket directly at the cinema, subject to availability.
Register your wristband number
Very useful in the event of loss or complaint
You can take a photo of it, for example (number on the back of the bracelet).

St Hilaire site
First buy your entry ticket and then credit your cashless online before or during the event.
On site, you will be given a wristband in exchange for your electronic ticket.
Credit cashless on this wristband: on this website, at the ticket desks or using the QR codes displayed throughout the event.
Pay directly for your purchases at the various points of sale (Coupe Icare shops and snack bars).
Lumbin site
Free access to the site
Cashless and credit card payments accepted.
For cashless payments: first obtain a cashless card from the ticket office on site (except if you have already wristband), then top up your credit online on this website or via the QR code displayed on site.
Please note!
– You can also buy tickets and top up your Cashless on site.
– The balance of your Cashless will be reimbursed after the event.

Bonjour, j'ai fait 2 demandes de remboursement ( pour 2 puces différentes), j'ai reçu les 2 confirmations le 30 septembre, mais un seul remboursement a été effectué. Quand aurais-je le second ?
Letzte Jahr nicht funktioniert € 48 und € 36 Verlust, ist Betrug fahre nicht mehr hin.
