Flying during an airshow
The Coupe Icare is a celebration for pilots.
To ensure we can all fly together safely, and as with any major gathering, we must comply with current French aviation regulations. For activities that require registration, the volunteer Flight Management team is required to check your third-party air insurance and/or your CERFA form.
Please note
To fly during the Coupe Icare, you must have Third-Party Air Insurance that covers you for a minimum of 1 million euros (€1,000,000).
Examples of accepted insurance providers: FFVL, FFPLUM, Federación Aérea Madrileña, Federacio Aero Catalana, Federacio Baleares, SHV, FSVL, AIF, Versicherungen Makelburo Thomas Schaub, FIVL, Hungary FFA, NZHGPA, HACP, ACVL, Planeta Volo
Not valid: Home, Car, Travel, or Health insurance, as well as any insurance policy providing less than 1 million euros in coverage.

*The insured’s primary and usual residence address is the one listed on their most recent income tax notice.
