Please note<\/h3>\n

To fly during the Coupe Icare, you must have Third-Party Air Insurance<\/strong> that covers you for a minimum of 1 million euros (\u20ac1,000,000)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Examples of accepted insurance providers<\/strong>: FFVL, FFPLUM, Federaci\u00f3n A\u00e9rea Madrile\u00f1a, Federacio Aero Catalana, Federacio Baleares, SHV, FSVL, AIF, Versicherungen Makelburo Thomas Schaub, FIVL, Hungary FFA, NZHGPA, HACP, ACVL, Planeta Volo<\/p>\n

Not valid<\/strong>: Home, Car, Travel, or Health insurance, as well as any insurance policy providing less than 1 million euros in coverage.<\/p>\n

Geronimo Marquee<\/b><\/h3>\n

<\/p>\n

The main meeting point for Icarnaval pilots for confir your registration, put the finishing touches on one's costume<\/strong> and get together in a friendly atmosphere!<\/p>\n

Thursday 2-6 PM
Friday & Saturday 9 AM-7 PM
Sunday 9AM-1PM
The marquee is guarded from Thursday through Sunday nights<\/strong<\/p>\n

Drop off access<\/strong> close to the marquee<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

Registration confirmation<\/h3>\n

<\/p>\n

Come to Geronimo marquee Thursday or Friday to collect your <\/strong>wristband<\/strong> and your priority shuttle pass<\/span><\/span>.
<\/span>Only one person may collect passes for groups<\/span>.
<\/span>To go to the movies<\/strong> Tuesday or Wednesday, you can pick up your wristband at the Icare Test booth on the south takeoff (to add paid movie screenings).
If you can't arrive before Saturday, come between 9 and 10 AM.

Tools available<\/h3>\n

<\/p>\n

Everything you need to finish your costume on-site<\/strong>: spray paint, duct tape, drills, power screwdrivers, utility knives, staplers, saws, a stepladder...
Plus tarps to keep your beautiful costume dry under the marquee<\/strong>\u00a0while you wait for it to take flight!<\/p>\n

There are 2 stands available to help you balance your costume<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Pilots Comfort<\/h3>\n

<\/p>\n

- Access to electricity
- Free coffee or tea (don\u2019t forget your reusable cup!)
- Changing areas
- Shaded area!
- Car access on Thursday and Friday
- Drop-off zone before 9 a.m. and after 7 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.<\/p>\n

Makeup area<\/h3>\n

<\/p>\n

On Saturday and Sunday mornings, two volunteers will be on hand to apply your makeup before the briefing (9\u201310 AM).<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Shuttles<\/h3>\n

<\/p>\n

Priority passes<\/strong> for the shuttle buses on Saturday and Sunday.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Two flatbed trucks<\/strong> to transport bulky costumes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n
