Under large marquees, the ICARE EXPO show will welcome more than 120 international companies involved in ultra-light air sports: paragliding, paramotoring, hang gliding, ULM, parachuting, etc.
The meeting place for light air sports professionals
It’s a chance for everyone – manufacturers, importers, retailers, schools, clubs, pilots and the general public – to meet and talk about the latest technology and everything else that makes up the sport: flying machines, clothing, accessories, innovations…

– Thursday 19 September: 2pm to 7pm
– Friday 20: 10am to 7.30pm
– Saturday 21: 10am to 7.30pm
– Sunday 22: 10am to 4pm.

Second-hand equipment stand
An open-air area dedicated to second-hand hang gliders, microlights and paramotors is also available.
The second-hand paragliding equipment stand, organised by the St Hil’Air Club, will enable you to leave your paragliding equipment for sale during the show.
You can leave your wings, harnesses, reserve parachutes, instruments and various accessories there.
Equipment that has not been serviced is still accepted, but it is strongly recommended that it has been serviced within the last 6 months.

Sports & Outdoor exhibition in Lumbin
From Friday 20 to Sunday 22 September 2024
The annual outdoor sports fair for the general public will be held in Lumbin, right in the heart of the landing areas. Equipment and clothing for young and old nature lovers.
Opening hours Sports & Outdoor (Lumbin)
– Friday 20 September: 2pm to 7.30pm,
– Saturday 21st: 9am to 7.30pm,
– Sunday 22: 9am to 6pm.

New for 2024: sports equipment collecting
Sports equipment sitting in the back of the cupboards? We get it!
Give a second life to your sports equipment!
The collecting organized by the Recyclerie Sportive de Grenoble will take place on the village of the Coupe Icare in Lumbin Saturday 21 and Sunday 22/09 from 9h to 17h near the bridge at the landing of paragliders.
The material collected will be checked and reused by the Recyclerie Sportive de Grenoble to be resold or surcyclé to offer a second life.
La parole aux partenaires du Festival ICARE DU CINEMA
Aux Éditions du Chemin des Crêtes nous sommes très fiers de soutenir les Icares du Cinéma ! Quel plaisir de se réunir chaque année sous le chapiteau pour partager ces grands moments de vol libre sur grand écran !
