The sky is for everyone!

Once again this year, the FFPLUM and FFVL are continuing to promote federal initiatives that help make the sky accessible to all. During the Coupe Icare, come to the Lumbin microlight base, a meeting place for microlight and free flight enthusiasts who are working to make air sports and, more broadly, outdoor sports accessible to people with disabilities.

  • Exhibition of class 5 microlights, paramotor trikes, multi-axis aircraft adapted for disabilities,
  • Exhibition of land mobility solutions (adapted vans, all-terrain wheelchairs, swincars, tricycles, scooters, wheelchair carriers, etc.),
  • Films, conferences

The players involved:

  • The Eurenciel Association, which runs the HANDICIEL project (making free flight accessible to people with disabilities), the FFVL’s Hand’Icare project
  • Audace Handi Evasion association, leader of the SIDE FLY project (enabling people with disabilities to fly motorised balloons)
  • Oriolus Whee’ll Fly (raising awareness among paraglider pilots and site managers to make take-offs and landings more accessible to people with reduced mobility).
