LEISURE PARAMOTOR PILOTS 2022

Like every year, the Coupe Icare is a classified aerial event of great importance and size and therefore all flights are regulated.
The French Federation of Ultra-light Motorised Aircraft (FFPLUM) will make every effort to give permission to those who wish to fly. 

Access to the take-off and landing sites and the pilots parking areas will be reserved for people who hold a ''PILOT'' card and/or have a ''vehicle'' pass.  

''PILOT'' cards and ''vehicle'' passes will be available from the FFPLUM stand on condition of having previously registered online.

Registration are only online and before the 9th of september.

All flights outside the specified areas and schedules will be forbidden.


Online registration assumes that pilots abide by the French rules and regulations and that they will carry with them all original flight documentation (diploma, identification card, license, civil liability insurance), which must be presented when retrieving pilot cards and passes.

                                                                        WARNING !
- The platform designated for St-Hilaire-du-Touvet is strictly reserved for foot-launched aircraft (ULM of the following SUB-CATEGORIES class 1).
- No aircraft under temporary identification will be admitted.
- Only foot-launched aircraft are authorized.
- Every pilot must be properly licensed and every apparatus must be correctly registered, otherwise, he/it will be prohibited from flying. Avoid the temptation to fly in the vicinity without proper status !

- Every pilot must present a certificate of aviation liability insurance.

                                                                       WARNING TO FOREIGN PILOTS
In order to fly during the Coupe Icare,you must have authorization from the French administration of Civil Aviation.
In order to obtain this authorization, you must first be registered with the flight director BEFORE SEPTEMBER 10th, 2022.

from 6:30 to 8:00pm : flight closure during the « Icarobatics » team demonstration

Friday 23th September
8.30am : obligatory briefing
9:00am to 11:30am : open Leisure flights
4:00pm : obligatory briefing
4:30pm to 6:30pm : open Leisure flights -ATTENTION: all pilots must have landed at 6:30pm

06:30pm to 08:00pm : flight closure during « Icarobatics » training

Saturday 24th September
8.30am : obligatory briefing
9:00am to 11:30 am : open Leisure flights
4:05pm to 4:15pm : Paramotor Flights demos
05:30pm : obligatory briefing
06:00pm to 8:00pm : open Leisure flights
06:00pm to 7:00pm : « Icarobatix » demo

Sunday 25th September
9:00am : obligatory briefing
9:30am to 11:30am : open Leisure flights -ATTENTION: all pilots must have landed at 11:30am
9:45am to 11:00am : « Icarobatix » demo  (Lumbin)
