ICARE EXPO : The air sports Trade Fair
ICARE EXPO - THE AIR SPORTS TRADE FAIR
A 5000m² sprawl of covered surface area, the ICARE EXPO assembles over 200 worldwide manufacturers and other enterprises specialized in ultra light air sports des sports: paragliding, paramotor, hang gliding, ULM, sky diving….
It is a unique occasion for all, manufacturers, importers, retailers, schools, clubs, pilots and general public to discover an exhaustive array of inventions, artefacts, outfits, technological advances… and to encounter every possible type of aircraft and accessory or sportswear item related to the realm of ultra light flight.
Schedule :
Thursday - September 20 : 2:00 – 7:30 p.m.
Friday - September 21 : 10:00 – 7:30 p.m
Saturday - September 22 : 10:00 – 21:00 p.m
Sunday - September 23 : 10:00 – 18:30 p.m
(doors close 15 minutes beforehand)
Inside the Expo is the 2nd Hand booth for paragliders, organized by the Club St. Hil’Air, where you can leave off a wing to sell over the weekend.
Aside from wings, we also accept safety chutes, instruments and accessories. Although we accept wings that have not undergone a revision, we nevertheless advise on getting a revision shortly beforehand and to furnish a certificate so as to increase all chances for a sale. Open as of Thursday 2:00 p.m..

The traditional 2nd Hand Market held all day Saturday and Sunday, is set up for buying and selling material of all sorts. 10,000 m2 outdoors is reserved for 2nd hang gliders, ultra-lights and paramotors.

CANOPIES COLLECTED
Since 2008, the Cercle de l'Homme Volant (Circle of the Flying Man) has, been collecting donations of paragliders for pilots in Cuba, Madagascar and Maroc.
Please may leave your donations (wings, seat harnesses, helmets, safety chutes, varios – most welcome...) with us during the Coupe Icare.
All equipment will be checked by Rip'Air, before being expedited, then distributed fairly by the federation or local clubs of the respective countries.
Models older than 2000 are not accepted.
