Karine Cordelle : Paragliding and aerial hoop
Can you imagine trapeze artist Karine Cordelle, doing amazing figures around her Aerial Hoop suspended 5 metres beneath a tandem paraglider? Dizzying to say the least! An exceptional show with the collaboration of the Club of St Hilaire!

Kaoukafela company - Circus
Kaoukafela presents Chronicles of a Acrobatic Journey:
Two young women whirl about an aerial framework, doing amazing acrobatic stunts using the Chinese pole. An totally improbable and random journey comes to life.

Abigaël's Orchestra
Abigaël, a well-known apothecary discovered a formula for a miraculous elixir capable of transforming anyone instantaneously into a musician. Four young women decided to promote this formula throughout the land. Ever since they swallowed this magic potion they’ve been plucking and playing stringed instruments (bass, violin and guitar) like never before.

Montabul Orchestar : Balkan fanfare
Long, long ago, in the back of a shop in the hamlet of Montabon, somewhere between Grenoble and Istanbul, trumpets and brasses begged to be played ...

Benoit Charpe, Unicycle and Trampoline
A very surprising spectacle whose artist uses nothing more than a unicycle and a trampoline. Not to miss!
Dauphicirque
The Dauphicirque circus school, proposes an artistic training clinic with the assistance of children. Discover disciplines such as tightrope walking, juggling, rola, ground acrobatics, and the comic art of clowning.
At the end of the clinic, participants will perform a show for the general public on Friday 17 September at 17:00.
The Improstars – theatrical improvisations
Imposture specialists, the Improstar comedians slip into the character of a stereotype personality and change his behaviour to create unpredictable if not unbelievable circumstances. Imagine what they do to waiters in a restaurant, bodyguards at a private affair, firemen at a local festivity, policemen at a huge event, a swimming instructor at the pool, ski instructors on the slopes… Be careful, they can totally surprise you with behaviour you would never have suspected.
Ponk do Bollywood versus Ninja - percussions
This groove band of a new gender proposes a different realm where chinoiseries go hand and hand with bollywood pirating. Armed with percussions as well as nuclear sound devices, two characters will use you to test their repertory of tomorrow’s hits: Twist again in Bombay, Biguine Shangaï or Bruce-Lee in Cairo.

Rouge Garance An unknown person offers you flowers!
Rouge Garance picks (real) flowers from her mobile garden and composes a bouquet just for you. Exchange, eye-to- eye, of sweet but wise words for a moment full of symbolism, colour and fragrance.
This vignette will also be presented Thursday September 16 at 18:30 at the Espace Paul Jargot de Crolles, partner of the Coupe Icare for 3 years.

Pie Piétonne (pedestrian magpie)– humorous choreography
After Swan Lake, comes « The Duck Pond ».
Three rejected rats from the Paris Opera house, these un-classical dancers have only the street as a stage to express themselves. Round, generous, gluttonous… these three odd graces are also superbly light and delicate and dressed especially for the Coupe Icare to match the 37th edition poster.
Les Semelles 2 Vents (Heels two winds) fanfare moves the feet!
An entirely natural thing to listen to with no connection to fashion nor reason. Optimally dosed, in other words, neither too little nor too sugary, S2V doesn’t – to our knowledge – cause any unhappy side effects, with perhaps the exception of a few ambulation troubles due to the dis-synchronization of lower members that can – we warn you - affect the whole body if taken in strong doses.

Les Icarionautes – burlesque
On board the Icarionef, Kapitaine Kumulostratus and his trusty Dynamovitch will attempt to redo the feat of Icarus with the help of spectators. The Icarionautes use burlesque to take us back to the world of silent movies… undoubtedly denying ties to Buster Keaton. A mischievous homage to the pioneering days of aviation and to man’s most worthy dream: to FLY!

Swingirls
A women’s jazz group will plunge you into the great swing and good humour of the 30s-40s. Enter the splendidly loose and crazy years of Blues, Boogy and Stomping…. And keep moving those hips!
Pipalouga , street music
This little combo of musicians considered “traditional” according to one’s references, with a range of sounds from warm to piercing pitched by a Languedoc oboe or Tarota or trumpet, accompanied by the pounding rhythm of a contemporary idiophone… It’s sort of “Trad”, mixed with Languedoc country music, or punk style from a hundred years ago – in other words, acoustic rock!

Step by step
Take a moment to engage in choreographic fitness.
Cia das Velas - Rio de Janeiro
A light device created by Martin Delebaere and Valeria Pereira especially for the Coupe Icare, to create a magical, fairy-like path to the South launch.
Cessez l’feu (Put out the Fire) - pyrotechnics
Juggled choreography, manipulation of flaming objects and mobile pyrotechnics… the virtuosity of these artists combined with avant-garde electro music make for a real wow of a show at the Coupe Icare. Don’t miss it Saturday night at 21:30 at the South launch.

THE VERTICAL WIND FARM
A wind farm conceived by 1st year students of the Phelma engineering school (school of Physics-Electronics-Materials) as a group project based around a device patented by Rudolf Kalmann. This device allows for a quick and simple installation of energy production up to 2Kw. Wind sails are made of the same material as paragliders. Wouldn’t this be a great way to recycle canopies? (see the Icare Mômes space).
